This is the Privacy Policy (“Policy”) of TECHCLASS LEARNING PROGRAMS SL (hereinafter “TechClass”) applicable to the processing of personal data that TechClass carries out through its Website(s), App(s), and other digital platforms (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Platforms”) under the registered trademark “SafeUser” and any other trademarks used by TechClass on its platforms.

This Policy forms an integral part of and is related to TechClass’s Terms of Service and Legal Notice.

APPLICABLE REGULATIONS AND PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The collection of personal data, its processing, and subsequent use by TechClass is subject to EU Regulation 2016/671 General Data Protection Regulation, dated April 27, 2016 (hereinafter, by its acronym, the GDPR), and to the European regulations that develop the GDPR from its date of application on May 25, 2018.

Information you provide us about your activity and use of our courses, such as the training modules you participate in and the time spent on them.
Academic data, results, and grades obtained in exams and knowledge assessments carried out at TechClass.

TechClass has developed a series of online courses to train users from companies and organizations, teachers, students, and individuals in various technology-related subjects.

Specifically, TechClass processes your personal data for the following purposes:
To be able to provide you with services, allow you to access and register on the platforms, access all the features, and easily remember your information.
So that you can participate in the courses or demo versions of the courses.
To be able to report on the results and performance of course participants.

To obtain statistics and reports with aggregated and anonymized information on the academic results of course participants.

To analyze aggregated and anonymized results, such as the total number of visitors, traffic, and use of the platforms, as well as to diagnose or solve technological problems and develop solutions and periodic updates.

To keep you informed of TechClass promotions, improvements, and updates.

In order to offer you our Services, in accordance with the purposes indicated above, TechClass will share your personal data with:

The companies and subsidiaries of the TechClass Group, ensuring adequate security for your personal data.

Our Suppliers, in order to ensure the best Service, guaranteeing adequate security for your personal data. Our Service Providers will have access to your information only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the Service in accordance with reasonable confidentiality terms.

DATA OF MINORS

TechClass will only process personal data of minors under the age of 16 when it is legally permitted and the applicant has provided explicit consent, given or authorized by the holder of parental authority or guardianship of the minor, as set out in the corresponding informed consent form.

As a TechClass User, you can exercise your privacy rights at any time and free of charge in accordance with applicable regulations, such as:
Knowing what personal data of the User has been collected and processed by TechClass, for what purposes and with which third parties it is shared;
Obtain a copy of such data (the second and subsequent copies may incur administrative costs);
Request the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you, or the completion of incomplete data;
Request the erasure of personal data concerning you when it is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected;
Request the restriction of the processing of personal data relating to the User, while its potential inaccuracy and other cases provided for in the applicable regulations are verified;
The right to have your personal data transferred to another company in a commonly used structured format (right to data portability); or
The right to object to such processing of your personal data by TechClass.

SECURITY MEASURES

We take reasonable and appropriate business protection measures to maintain the security of the information collected through the Service and follow necessary and reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity.
