APPLICABLE LAW AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION PRINCIPLES
The collection of personal data, processing and its further use by TechClass is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/671 dated 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR) and the European regulations implementing the GDPR as of its implementation date on 25 May 2018;
TechClass treats the personal data of its Users in accordance with the following principles (set forth in the aforementioned regulations):

Information you provide about your activity and use of our courses, such as the training modules in which you participate and the time spent on them.
The academic data, results and grades obtained in the exams and knowledge evaluations carried out in TechClass.

TechClass has developed a series of on-line courses to train corporate and organizational users, teachers, students and individuals in various technology-related learning subjects.

So that you can participate in the courses or in the demo versions of the courses.
To be able to report on the results and performance of course participants.
To obtain statistics and reports with aggregated and anonymized information on the academic results of course participants.
To be able to analyze aggregated and anonymized results, such as total number of visitors, traffic and usage of the platforms, as well as diagnose or solve technological problems and develop solutions and periodic updates.
To keep you informed of TechClass promotions, improvements and updates.
WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
In order to provide you with our Services, in accordance with the purposes stated above, TechClass will share your personal data with:
With TechClass Group companies and subsidiaries, ensuring adequate security for your personal data.
With our Suppliers, in order to ensure the best Service, guaranteeing the adequate security for your personal data. Our Service Providers will have access to your information only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the Service on reasonable confidentiality terms.
In case TechClass, its Affiliates and/or Service Providers transfer your personal data to other third countries outside the European Union, we will ensure that this is done in compliance with appropriate measures by having, among other measures, binding corporate rules, and/or standard data protection clauses adopted by a supervisory authority and approved by the Commission in accordance with the relevant procedure, and/or by subscribing/adopting relevant Codes of Conduct.
TechClass will only process personal data of minors under 16 years of age when it is legally authorized and the applicant has provided explicit consent, given or authorized by the holder of parental authority or guardianship of the minor, contained in the corresponding informed consent.
WHAT PRIVACY RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE AND HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE THEM?
As a TechClass User, you may exercise your privacy rights at any time and free of charge in accordance with the applicable regulations, such as:
To know what personal data of the User have been collected and processed by TechClass, for what purposes and with which third parties they are shared;
Obtain a copy of such data (second and subsequent copies may incur administrative costs);
To request the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him/her, or the completion of incomplete personal data;
To request the deletion of personal data concerning him/her when they are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected;
Request the limitation of the processing of personal data relating to the User, while verifying its potential inaccuracy and other assumptions provided for in the applicable regulations;
The right to have their personal data transmitted to another company in a common structured format (right to data portability); or
The right to object to such processing of your personal data by TechClass.
