Chapter 1 - Cybercrime

Summary

Most cybersecurity incidents are related to human error by users.

Cybersecurity is more a matter of user behavior than a technical issue.

In the physical realm, no matter how strong our security door is, if we hand over the keys, the investment in that door is rendered useless.

Cybercriminals “manipulate” us into unwittingly handing “the keys” over to them.
